Sulu groaned again as Ianto sat up, settling onto his back as the other got up and moved out of the room and throwing an arm over his eyes. If Ianto wanted to get up, that was his prerogative, but Sulu was pretty sure he didn't even have the energy to open his eyes any more.

Still, when the other returned, holding out a wet washcloth, he moved to sit himself up on his elbow, taking it with his free hand and making a valiant attempt to clean himself up. He dropped the towel onto the side-table once he was done with it, realizing belatedly that they were still sideways on the bed. Part of him just wanted to pull the blanket over them and stay that way, but he knew it'd be more comfortable if they actually were using it properly. He wrapped his arms around Ianto. "Might have to move again," he warned.
