"The water's lovely," Ianto responded, making his way along behind the other man. He wasn't a terrible swimmer, but it was difficult to get anywhere fast in an ocean, and they had just run for their lives, so. He was taking his time. "I just wasn't really expecting to find myself in it when I got up this morning," he griped, slightly. "It's a good thing that I didn't bring along anything valuable with me." He would have hated to lose his phone either in the jungle or now in the water. There'd been no reason for him to bring it along with him, though, so he'd wisely left it behind.
"More secluded?" He looked up at the beach in front of them, the meadow and the jungle behind that. "Well. It looks nice. I just hope that whatever that thing was, that it gave up and stays well away from here." There's no reason that they had to give up on the day just because of one near-death experience, right?
