This is what's actually controlling the whole thing, what a Dalek really looks like. Of course, generally they're not going to open up and show the real self off to things because, obviously," he said, motioning to the picture, "without their armor, they really are pretty fragile creatures. They aren't born, but created, mutated from other creatures, surgically bonded to the armor. Arguably, they're cyborgs."
