Ianto let out a sound that was halfway between a laugh and a sob, wanting to put his head in his hands but not having either hand free so settling on putting his chin to his chest, stilling the hand that was trying to work on getting Sulu cleaner. He really didn't like it, he didn't want that to be what it came to, but... What other choice did they have? They knew it was angry at Sulu, they knew it wasn't afraid to throw things, and so long as he upset it enough, they knew that this was going to work. The only problem was there wasn't any guarantee that it would throw any hard big enough on the first try, and well. There was the fact that it would be throwing something at Sulu, which he really wasn't comfortable with at all.
"...I don't like it," Ianto said quietly. "I really don't. I... I just don't see how there's any other way." He bit his lip, looking up at Sulu. "Are you really sure that you can handle something like that? I mean. I'll be there to help you out, but. It's not me that it'll be tossing things at, and I want you to tell me honestly whether you'll be alright with that or not. Because if not, we will find something else. This isn't the only option." He hoped not, at least. He just really couldn't think of anything else.
