Ianto didn't know what to say. He didn't know how to react. How was he supposed to tell the man in front of him that he hadn't really been feeling better at all, that he'd been pretending in an attempt to make himself believe that he was, even if he wasn't really. He didn't bring his eyes up to look at the other man, really not wanting to know what his reaction was going to be to his next words.
