"I'm only as good as the company I keep," Sulu said with a smile. He knew that holding it all in wasn't the best idea, but it was the most useful tactic in this situation. And as long as Jack was willing to try and be hopeful, Sulu would be able to put aside any of his misgivings for the moment and help those beliefs stick with the other man.
