HELLSING & SAFE HAVEN
As an FYI, for those unfamiliar with the Safe Haven Organization, and their history before their alliance with Hellsing, I will share with you this snippet of conversation from when I first hashed out their alliance with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

"Here's a basic rundown:
They're located along the docks in what used to be a box factory. What Is known about them is that they are a neutral party in the conflict. Safe Haven is well-armed, but stays out of conflict itself.
Basically, they do a lot of different things. They have incredibly well-trained guards, unusual so for just a research facility. They were trained by a soldier who is no longer in the game named Big Boss.
What is common knowledge is that at one point, one of the leaders (Nicholas Rush) snapped and had a weapon go stomping around the city which was powered by Sefton Lowell against his will, and the other leader stopped him with a weapon of his own. This part is largely disregarded at the moment, though. Metal Gear (specifically the one that Flemming used) is, however, known to have been created by Safe Haven.
To rebuild their image, Safe Haven offered to supply the hospital with various medical supplies and this is how they are known to the hospital, at least. They're readily willing to trade these sorts of supplies and more than likely trade with more than just the hospital.
They also have a fairly sizable weapon's research facility, but this part isn't known and they don't advertise this.
What Hellsing would know for sure is that Nicholas Rush and William Flemming are werewolves and that they sell supplies to the hospital that are both common source medical supplies, and alien technology such as healing devices. Safe Haven advertises itself as a research facility for medical supplies and technology.
Safe Haven goes into lockdown all the time, but the fact that a small army is guarding the facility is not know."
This was as of September 2011. I can't account for anything beyond that point as of this moment, but this was what was known/should be known as of that point.
