Ianto looked back at Sulu, lying back in the sand there, and smiled slightly. He wanted to take him back to his quarters and lay down him, let him get the rest that he knew the other man had to be fighting off at the moment. "I'll remember not to," he said, reassuring the other man. He'd turned back to the field and was preparing himself to walk in when the next words came. He knew Sulu couldn't see him anymore, but he nodded nonetheless, taking on more deep breath in before heading into the field towards where they'd left their things.
Getting the sample wasn't too hard. He found the trowel and dug one out, putting it in a sample bag, pausing, before double-bagging it and sticking it in the kit. He had to take a breath as he picked up their clothes, knowing that he'd be alright with just having breathed that, before he made his way back to the shore. He didn't let himself breathe normally until he was safe on the sand again.
"Got it," he said. He shook Sulu's clothes, getting as much pollen as he could off of them, before he handed them back to him. "Here," he said, quietly. "Might want to put these back on before we beam back aboard, yeah?"
