[RL WITH SULU][backdated to the 15th]

Ianto tried to roll over, but noticed two things. One, that there was someone in the space where he was trying to roll over, and two, that that someone was pretty much sprawled over-top of him. Oh. And that that someone was female. As was he, apparently. Still. He lay his head back down on the pillow with a sigh. Well. It could have been worse, he supposed. At least he was still humanoid. He'd rather be a woman than...god knows what, a cat or a fly or something. And there wasn't really anything bad with being a female, other than the fact that it was awkward. He didn't have to continuously keep touching anyone lest he pass out, or. Well, anything of that sort. So he supposed all-in-all, he'd gotten off easy. And he had Sulu staying over with him and everything.

The only problem was that they were both females, and had been for the last couple of days, and well. That was weird. He'd sort of become acquainted with this look on Sulu the last time that the man had been stuck as a woman, but. Himself being one as well... That was going to take some getting used to. Getting used to that he had hoped wouldn't have to happen, but this being the morning of day 3 of the virus, Ianto was starting to suspect that this one wasn't going to be one of the shorter ones after all.

Sulu wasn't so easily woken up. Even with Ianto rolling over, he remained passed out; it'd been a little awkward falling asleep next to Ianto, wrapping an arm around him and not feeling the body he was necessarily used to, but. Ianto was himself no matter what gender he was, and Sulu was hardly unused to the woman's body he was sporting himself, so it became a non-issue pretty quickly.

Besides, Ianto was a damned good pillow as a woman.

Even though he was still pretty well asleep, he did move with Ianto as he shifted in bed, groaning a little before securing himself more firmly to the other. His hair had slipped partially out of the messy bun he'd adopted as an all-hours style, and some of it now lay tangled over his face.

Ianto sighed again, tilting his head slightly to look at Sulu, whose head was pillowed half on his shoulder, half on his chest. He looked...well. He did look pretty comfortable lying the way he was. And attractive, with his hair in his eyes, falling out of the messy bun that it was in. Without really thinking about it, Ianto reached out a hand and brushed Sulu's hair out of his face, so that he could get a better view of the person in bed with him there. It was weird, that both of them were women and yet Ianto was still attracted to Sulu. Well, he'd been attracted to him as a woman before, but. The fact that he was a woman and still attracted was weird, wasn't it?

Or was it? After all, it wasn't Ianto himself that had changed. Just his outward appearance. Maybe... Maybe it wasn't so weird after all. Or at least, he shouldn't be concerned about it. Regardless of that though, there was no way he was going to fall back asleep now that he was up. Ianto lay there for a moment, debating whether he should wake the other up or not. Absently, he brushed his hand over Sulu's hair, smoothing it out a little.

Mumbling incoherently as Ianto's hand ran over his hair, Sulu twisted his head to bury it against Ianto's neck, still very much asleep but beginning to feel the distant call of wakefulness. And he absolutely, sincerely did not want to get up at the moment. He was comfortable - even if there was hair tickling his face and neck a little - and he was warm, and he remembered that he didn't have any pressing requirements for the day. That just made it harder to move, much less drag himself up to being awake.

He could feel someone watching him, and as he slowly came to a more aware state, he knew it was Ianto - and that they were both in women's bodies, and that the other was probably finding it really kind of awkward, even after a few days like this. He'd tell Ianto not to worry when he woke up, but until then, he'd just have to deal with it.

Ianto didn't really have any reason to wake the other up, other than the fact that he was awake and he really wasn't going to be going back to sleep again. He recognized that Sulu was waking up himself, at least somewhat, with the mumbling and the moving closer to him. He debated with himself whether to speak up and say something, idly stroking Sulu's hair as he did so, before speaking up.

"Good morning," he said softly, surprising himself slightly with the sound of his voice being different than the voice he was used to, but not too much. It was day three of being female, after all. He was sort of used to it by that point. Sort of. "You awake?" he asked. Which he realized was a stupid question to ask, because if he got an answer of course Sulu was awake, but Ianto was just waking up himself, and he wasn't too quick first thing in the morning.

Sulu could hear someone saying something to him, but the specifics were utterly lost on him. He was still too close to sleep to really recognize anything other than how comfortable he was, and all he wanted to do was sleep longer.

Still, when he heard the question in the other person's voice, he began to come to a little; enough, at least, to make a soft sound of disapproval because he was still sleepy, damn it. He barely heard his voice as anything different from normal, and when he woke up more he'd probably be a little mortified that he was so used to being a woman.

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-05-20 09:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Ianto laughed softly at the noise of disapproval, smiling and tilting his head to press against Sulu's where it rested on his shoulder. He took in a breath and let it out slowly, still smiling as he did so. He'd seen this sort of behavior in the male Sulu before, but. To see it now, with both of them swapped... No, if there was any question about it before, there wasn't anymore. Woman or not, this was definitely Sulu alright.

After a moment, Ianto spoke up again. "...c'mon, love," he said, the word slipping out before he even had a chance to let his brain catch up with his mouth, and by then it was too late. He let it slide, trying not to think too much about the fact that it'd just slipped out there in the first place. "Now I know you're just ignoring me..."

Sulu, for better or for worse, didn't hear the word itself; all he really understood was that whatever Ianto was saying, it was with a fondness that neither of them really ever put into words - at least, not in any way he could remember. Groaning softly, he tried to push Ianto away at the same time as he tried to pull him closer, which got him absolutely nowhere.

Finally, he managed to come to some semblance of consciousness. Well - enough to open his eyes and blearily look up at Ianto. "Why," he mumbled, unable to ask the full question, why are you getting me up?

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-05-22 03:07 am (UTC)(link)
Ianto tried not to laugh at the combination of both the look that Sulu was giving him and the mumbling that he was doing. Ianto ran his hand over Sulu's hair again, biting his lip to keep from smiling at how sleepy Sulu was in that moment. He hadn't even kept him up too late, he didn't think. It was just a pretty rare occasion that Sulu was sleeping in past him, or that they both weren't waking up at roughly the same speed as each other.

"Sorry," he said, unable to keep from smiling a little at him. "I could leave you to sleep some more? I just...would need you to let me up, first." He quirked another little smile, nodding to indicate the fact that Sulu was pretty much sprawled on top of him, pinning him exactly where he was.

Sulu lifted his head, shaking it to brush some of his hair out of his face before looking from Ianto to himself. Then, he put his head back against Ianto's shoulder, closing his eyes again and squeezing his waist slightly. "We're still girls." Honestly, he was probably too awake to go to sleep again, but he wanted to stay like this for a little while longer, so he added, "I don't really want to move. I'm comfortable. Aren't you comfortable?"

Still, he groaned and rolled over onto his back, releasing his hold on Ianto. "I guess we really should get up..." Even if there was nothing to do, really, he didn't want to sleep in too late and ruin his schedule.
torchwoodcoffeechick: (well...)

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-05-23 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
Ianto nodded at Sulu's statement there. "Yep. We're... We're still girls. Guess this is going to be one of the longer viruses here." He should have suspected as much, when it had lasted for more than one day, but he was hoping that... Well. Obviously, whatever he'd been hoping hadn't happened. He was even starting to become familiar with this body, which. Was slightly frightening.

He was sort of sad to have woken Sulu up, to have made him roll away, since now that he was up and off of him, he supposed he really would have to get up after all. "I guess so," he said, softly. He didn't much feel like it, but it was probably for the best. "We could...see what I've got downstairs for breakfast, I suppose," he said, trying to look for some sort of incentive to roust himself.

It wasn't like Sulu really minded. He was used enough to it, and he honestly didn't think it was too big a deal at this point - but it was a little strange for the two of them to be women together. Especially Ianto, who hadn never been a woman who... well, was him, physically.

Ianto's tone made him reach out to brush his hand over Ianto's hair, rolling his head to look at the other. It was weird to see Ianto and see the body he was in, and be able to recognize that they were one and the same. He blinked away those thoughts for now - he was too groggy to do any deep philosophical thinking here - and just smiled a little. "Sure. We could get up, go downstairs, look for food, figure out what to make, make it..."
torchwoodcoffeechick: (eyes smile)

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-05-24 04:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Ianto smiled as Sulu verbally walked them through the motions there. "Make it, and then if it's any good, eat it as well," he said, finishing the train of thought slightly cheekily. "That's generally how things go, when you wake up in the morning and go to make breakfast, after all..."

Ianto ran a hand through his own hair, combing his fingers through it slightly. He probably looked a bit of a mess, he gathered. He wasn't used to having long hair, after all, he'd taken to keeping it down. Not that he couldn't have done something with it. He had a sister, after all, and just because he was her brother didn't mean that she didn't rope him into things like that, especially when he was little.

"...of course," he said, after a moment. "That would mean that we'd have to actually get up to start this process going, however."

Sulu didn't mind the flyaways or the tangles in his own hair, much less Ianto's. Neither of them were used to having so much hair to manage, and if he was being honest with himself, he actually found it pretty attractive. He smiled a little wider and sat up, just enough to roll over and lean over the other.

"Or," he suggested, his tone matching Ianto's, "We could just stay in bed a little longer. It's not like we've got anything to do - definitely not like this."
torchwoodcoffeechick: (well...)

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-05-26 10:22 am (UTC)(link)
Ianto blushed as Sulu leaned over him. He couldn't help it. Despite being female as well, Sulu was attractive like this, and Ianto couldn't help but notice that. Especially when the other was leaning over him like that. Yes, so they had just slept in the same bed, and Sulu had been sprawled over him a little. But he hadn't been awake at that point. This was different.

"We...could..." Ianto said, smoothly. He couldn't help it. He was flustered, and there was no point in hiding it. Sulu would see through him anyway, he was sure. It was harder to keep track of what sort of expression he had on a face that he wasn't used to. Or at least he told himself that, to feel better about the fact that he could be as easily flustered as that. "It's a definite possibility..."

It was hard not to find Ianto's expressions adorable when he had less control over what he was doing. he knew the expressions well enough to see them just as easily on this face as he would on Ianto's real face, though, and he didn't want to completely fluster and embarrass the other - at least not all at once.

So, with a relieved grin, Sulu lay back down - of course, he was more on top of Ianto than he had been when asleep, shifting until he was fitted a bit more comfortably against Ianto's completely different figure. "I'm making it a reality. This is better than getting up, anyway." He twisted his head to look up at Ianto, even if the other wouldn't necessarily be able to look back at him. "Right?"

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-05-27 05:56 pm (UTC)(link)
Ianto lay his head back down on the pillow, because it was true, the angle was definitely not right to be craning his head to look at Sulu. He smiled slightly, shutting his eyes and bringing a hand up to put on Sulu's back, securing him in place where he lay. "Well. It is pretty nice, yeah," he conceded, still blushing slightly. "Of course, we're both awake now. And I'm not sure that I can go back to sleep, if that's what you were planning on doing, here..."

Ianto wasn't exactly sure what Sulu had in mind here. Obviously, he had no problem staying in bed with the other. And with a little persuasion, he would be up for just about anything that Sulu suggested in that moment. It was just the fact that he was a woman at that moment itself that was throwing him off, so.

Sulu... could go back to sleep, if he tried. He was pretty sure of that, at least. But, Ianto wouldn't be able to, and now that he was awake, he wasn't sure he really wanted to give it a shot.

"I wasn't really planning on anything," he conceded, because like Ianto, it was... a little off-putting for him too - not in any really bad way, but it was still sort of awkward and a little weird to contemplate doing anything more than lying on top of the other. Still... He didn't think a little messing around would be a completely bad idea. So, he tilted his head to kiss the side of Ianto's neck, adding, "But, if you've got something in mind..."
torchwoodcoffeechick: (thinking)

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-06-08 10:39 am (UTC)(link)
Ianto blushed, turning his head to the side slightly looking away. He wasn't embarrassed by Sulu kissing him so much as he was embarrassed by the fact that he didn't mind it all that much, when he really felt like he should. This whole thing should be weird for him, he shouldn't be okay with even the idea of anything of the sort, and yet. Well, this was Sulu. He trusted him, implicitly, and even if the idea was a little weird, it wasn't...well, bad. Just...weird. Different. Kind of nice, though.

"I... I'm not sure," Ianto said, sounding just about as confident as he felt right at that moment, which was to say not very. "Not really anything in particular in mind, no..."

[personal profile] parked 2011-06-09 11:56 am (UTC)(link)
Sulu frowned a little at the tone of Ianto's voice, shifting to prop himself up on his elbow so that he could look the other in the eyes. "You don't sound so sure about anything at all right now," he said, his tone gentle. "We can just get out of bed, if you... don't want to do anything else."

Even if that sounded even less appealing than it did before. Ianto made for an attractive woman, and Sulu wasn't so concerned with the fact that, well, they were women at all. Ianto was himself, no matter what sex the community might try to put him in, and he was attracted to the person he was, not just how he looked.
torchwoodcoffeechick: (timid smile)

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-06-10 06:25 am (UTC)(link)
Ianto hadn't wanted to make Sulu uncomfortable, hadn't wanted to make him get up or move away or anything. He took in a breath and shook his head, reaching up to put a hand on Sulu's shoulder, before moving his hand to tangle his fingers in his hair, running his hand through it for a moment before turning his eyes to look up at Sulu himself. Just because they were women at that moment, that shouldn't mean anything. And it didn't. Ianto was just. He thought too hard.

"...I do," he said, softly. "I do want to. I..." He cracked a smile. "You're gorgeous, you are. Male or female or whatever. I just. It's just that I'm not used to having this body yet, and frankly." He bit his lip slightly, before shrugging a little. "I'm... I know it sounds silly, but I'm kind of embarrassed. Not in a bad way. Just in a... Well. We're both women, and that. That doesn't really matter. But shouldn't it?"
parked: ([girl] ah there's the trick)

[personal profile] parked 2011-06-11 10:47 am (UTC)(link)
Sulu grinned and quirked an eyebrow. "Should it? I mean, generally speaking, neither of us are exactly unfamiliar with how things work here, so that shouldn't matter. And we're both attractive, so that obviously doesn't matter." Leaning down, he paused to kiss Ianto softly, grazing the other's lower lip as he continued, "And, finally, we're both adventurous and easily adaptable."

He leaned back again, the corners of his mouth tipped upwards into a sly smile. "So, I guess, should it matter that we're both women, considering all that?" Besides. There were worse ways to get used to something.
torchwoodcoffeechick: (smirk)

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-06-12 02:44 am (UTC)(link)
Ianto smirked a little at the 'adventurous and easily adaptable' comment, the smirk still on his face when Sulu leaned back and smiled down on him again. "I guess not," he said, his eyes half-lidded as he slyly responded to Sulu's answering question, before moving to look back up at him again. "I mean. We are that. Adventurous and easily adaptable. We have escaped giant space monsters and potent pollens and have to deal with Starfleet and Torchwood and, well, Jack on a regular basis. Regular enough for you, at least. So..."

He lowered his eyes, biting his lip and smiling slightly, still sort of embarrassed, but also kind of excited now, before looking back up at Sulu. "So. Why not, yeah? There's no time like today, and all..."

Smile widening a bit, Sulu leaned down once more, catching Ianto's lips in a more involved kiss, not bothering to tease or talk anymore, now that he felt Ianto was more at ease with the situation. He shifted his weight to both elbows, resting as little of his weight on Ianto as possible and tangling a hand in his hair, lightly, not wanting to tangle it too much but unable to resist.

It'd been a while since he'd been with anyone with long hair - or fuller lips, or... well, who was a woman. It wasn't a big deal, though it was a little disorienting that his own hair was falling over his shoulders and ears, practically curtaining both of their faces. That, and both of them having breasts, that was pretty new, too. He was pretty sure there was probably some kind of dissertation about spontaneous sex-changes in Federation history, though, so he took solace in the fact that they were both probably not alone. Probably.

Ianto didn't bother holding back in kissing Sulu back. Yes, it was a little weird, but that wasn't going to stop him now. He was pretty sure that he was blushing pretty heavily as well, because well. With Sulu laying on top of him he could feel Sulu's newly re-acquired breasts pressing against him. The difference now, though, was that they were pressing up against his own, and it felt...well. Nice. Soft. Pretty drastically different than how things were usually with Sulu, and it'd been such a long time since he'd been with a woman at all that he was flustered either way. But still kissing back.

He shifted slightly underneath Sulu, before cautiously putting a hand up to rest on the side of his waist, his other hand going to cup his face as he angled the kiss for a better position there too. Alright, so far, not bad. Ianto ran his thumb over the fabric of Sulu's t-shirt that he'd worn to bed, where his shirt lay, sighing happily into the kiss. Not bad at all.

Shifting to free up a hand, Sulu reached down to rest it against Ianto's hand on his side, easily pressing into the kiss even as he shifted to try and get a little more comfortable. It wasn't hard to feel comfortable, though; whether Ianto was a man or a woman, Sulu never had trouble lying on top of him.

He didn't want to move quickly with this; they'd taken longer before even taking off their shirts, after all, and this was definitely an experience they were both going to have to adjust to first, but it was hard to not want to take off his shirt - or Ianto's shirt, for that matter, since he really hadn't gotten to see much of him like this yet.

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-06-15 11:07 pm (UTC)(link)
It was true for Ianto as well, he didn't want to move too quickly with it. If he did, he might freak himself out, and he didn't want that. He had to take things slow, do a little exploring, make himself feel a bit adventurous. He started out with playing with the little strands of hair at the back of Sulu's neck that had fallen out of the messy bun he'd put his hair up into, his fingers brushing teasingly against the skin there before finally, he pulled back out of their kiss to press his lips against the side of Sulu's neck.

He smelled...sort of different, and yet the same. Part of it was probably the fact that he'd been using the shampoo and conditioner that Ianto had bought specially to use for the time being. It didn't smell flowery, but it was... Clean in a way that only women's products smelled like. He pressed his face into Sulu's hair, slightly, as he ran his thumb over where it rested on the other's side, rubbing over the fabric and...yes. Teasing, slightly.

Sulu tilted his head obligingly as Ianto pressed against his neck, moving his own hand away from Ianto's in order trace the curve of the other's shoulder. It was all different - not wrong, but it was definitely not the same as he was used to. If he were any less patient, he might've been frustrated with the idea that he'd have to relearn what Ianto's body felt like, but as it stood, he was actually pretty excited for it.

He dragged his fingers lightly down Ianto's arm, shifting to rest his hand lower on Ianto's waist than Ianto had gone, lightly gripping the curve of Ianto's hip, toying with the hem of Ianto's shirt, grinning a bit and shifting into Ianto's own touch.

[personal profile] torchwoodcoffeechick 2011-06-16 06:01 pm (UTC)(link)
Ianto smiled against the skin of Sulu's neck, pressing another kiss there before pulling back, laying his head back down on the pillow. He didn't mind Sulu's hand at the hem of his shirt, on his hip, and in fact, he rather enjoyed it. It was teasing, and it held a promise. A promise of more, and...god, but it was exciting, even if being a woman was weird as hell sometimes.

He bunched his hand in the fabric of Sulu's t-shirt where he had his hand resting, before pulling it up, not so much moving his hand as he was moving Sulu's shirt, until his hand rested on the warm, soft skin of Sulu's side. He trailed it to his back, tracking on the skin there lightly, as he'd done times before with Sulu in his regular body. There wasn't a rule that everything had to be new about this situation, after all, and familiarity would definitely help to make things less weird for the pair of them.
